To run workshops on environmental transition as part of the annual seminar
9 January 2024
In early January, 100 people, including many CNRS senior managers, gathered in Paris for their annual seminar to take part in workshops on environmental transition.
Their aim was to experience a stimulating and foundational activity to help build the organisation’s environmental transformation strategy, including the SD&SR master plan — Sustainable Development & Social Responsibility — and the contract setting out objectives, resources and performance targets.

We were at IRD headquarters for a truly exceptional moment. The initiatives led by Michel EDDI for the transition of National Research Organisations encouraged the My Earth in 180’ team and the Transitions association, Maxime Woringer and Clara Fouilland, to develop a version of My Earth dedicated to management teams. Since 2012, France Universités and the Conférence des Grandes Écoles have organised an annual international conference entitled “Ecocampus”. This year, the fifth edition will take place at Université Grenoble Alpes from 22 to 24 March 2023.
This conference will bring together representatives from higher education, research and local authorities around the theme : “Towards sustainable organisations serving territories in transition”.
