We were at IRD headquarters for a truly exceptional moment. The initiatives led by Michel EDDI for the transition of National Research Organisations encouraged the My Earth in 180’ team and the Transitions association, Maxime Woringer and Clara Fouilland, to develop a version of My Earth dedicated to management teams. With the support of Nathalie Cotte, Director of the Grenoble Observatory for Sciences of the Universe, OSUG, and Céline Reylé, Deputy Scientific Director SNO/OSU, the workshop came into being. Its design followed a series of interviews with various national experts, Blandine de GEYER, Jean-Marc Sinquin, François Trémège and Mélissa Ridel, as well as two guests, Marie-Alice Foujols and Charles Adrien Louis.

We therefore held the first official session of this My Earth Management Team version, with the participation of members of IRD’s governance team, Valérie VERDIER, Philippe Charvis, Anaïs Rieu, Claude-Anne Gauthier, Isabelle BENOIST, Michel Labadie, Florence Morineau, Léo MANIVANNANE and Muriel MAMBRINI-DOUDET.
=> -20% : this is the carbon footprint reduction that was outlined based on the serious game time and the analysis of a broad range of low-carbon alternatives. There was not enough time to fully address the issue of mobility, but inspiring ideas were proposed for procurement and energy.
